Who we are
At Pulpa, we believe a great juice starts long before it reaches your hands. It starts with choosing the right fruit — ripe, seasonal, sourced directly from our suppliers, local fields, and yes, sometimes things we grow ourselves.
Every juice is cold-pressed to lock in the nutrients, colour, and flavour that heat would destroy. No added sugar. No preservatives. Nothing hidden. And when we say homemade — we mean our mother makes the arancini by hand, every single time. You can watch everything happen right in front of you.

Went to Pia's juice bar every time we visited Split. She makes really good smoothies and the matcha is fab — she makes everything from fresh ingredients but the few minutes you wait are so very worth it. Pia is so welcoming, we hope her fledgling business really takes off.

My friends and I came here every day while we were in Split for the immunity shots! They were so good and fresh. Also the best iced latte I've had in Europe so far! The owner, Pia, is so lovely and hardworking :)

Amazing juice bar in the center of Split. The owner is very nice, the juices are delicious — especially mandarin juice in fall. We went there every day of our trip to start the day!

Wir waren auf unserem einwöchigen Split Trip jeden Morgen einen frischen Orangensaft trinken. Auch der Cappuccino und die gereichten gezuckerten Orangenschalen sind sehr zu empfehlen! Am besten ist jedoch die Inhaberin — unglaublich nett und warmherzig!!!

너무 친절 스윗.. 모든걸 물어봐 주시고 개인의 취향에 맞게 음료를 제조해 주십니다. 우연히 들어간 가게에서 힐링 하구 오네요. 제철 과일이 뭔지 말려주시고 어머니가 만드신 디저트까지 주셨는데 너무 맛있었어요.

Went here for its watermelon juice — it was fantastic and the owner is really lovely. Prices are great and better than any of the juice bars I've seen.
